Who this site serves
Le Chonk AI Guide helps English-speaking users understand Mistral Large 4, find the official access route and evaluate costs and workflows. It is independently published and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Mistral AI.
This site does not provide model inference, accounts, billing, subscriptions or a chat service.
Four evidence labels
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Official statement | A claim made by the model publisher; linked to its announcement or documentation. |
| Independent evaluation | A third-party evaluation with its own date, version and configuration. |
| Site test | An executed experiment with inspectable input, method, output and validation. Local fixture/mock tests are labeled as such. |
| Pending / not run | A missing document, unverified claim or model experiment not yet executed. |
Local protocol tests check tutorial code. They are never presented as live model inference or accuracy evidence.
How sources are selected
- Use model documentation for API schemas and limits, exact license files for weight permissions, and the account console for current billing/access.
- Keep announcement/documentation differences visible and dated.
- Record evaluation harness and model version where available; do not compare incompatible benchmark versions.
- Community questions can suggest a useful tutorial; they do not confirm technical facts.
- Search snippets and repeated news stories do not establish a claim without supporting evidence.
